At MIA COOSH, we believe the delivery experience should feel as considered as the product itself. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Dispatch (processing time)

We ship worldwide and dispatch all orders from Melbourne, Australia within 1 business day of receiving them (excluding weekends and public holidays). As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery timeframes (estimated)

To ensure a swift, seamless experience, we ship via Australia Post.

• Australia (Domestic): typically 2–4 business days after dispatch
• International: typically 5–12 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, peak periods, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Standard Shipping	Free (no minimum spend)
Express Shipping	Free for orders $100+; $9 AUD for orders under $100

International

Standard Shipping	Free for orders $150+; $29 AUD for orders under $150
Express Shipping	Free for orders $300+; $49 AUD for orders under $300

Tariffs, import duties and taxes (international orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any delays or costs resulting from customs clearance.
